What is the VIE Program?
VIE program enables French companies to send a young person on a working assignment abroad for a flexible period of 6-24 months, which can be renewed once within a 2- year period.
Business France, the French agency for international business development, is in charge of all the administrative procedures of the assignment. PLEASE NOTE: As part of your international development, you cannot apply to a VIE assignment in the country of your citizenship.
PLEASE NOTE: it is not voluntary work. Whether you are at the start of your career or doing a job with real responsibilities, you will be paid. Payment of rental costs will be also covered by the company.
Treves Group VIE Program
Our plant in Slovakia is searching for an international volunteer as Process Engineer for 24 months.

Duration of the mission: 24 months
Your missions and Authorities:
• Continuous support on improvement of production
• Creation of the production documentation – work instruction, etc.
• Participation in new launches: development process / validation process / documentation
• Process modification: development process / prototyping / validation process / documentation
• Communication with suppliers (price offer / support / activities /…)
• Interface with expert from the Group R&D Center
• Production KPIs analysis and follow up.
• Problem solving (tool : QRQC / 5 Why / Fish bones /…)
• Action plan definition and tracking
• Material / Process optimization to improve QC and reduce cost
• Breakdown analyze – Support to Maintenance
• Create and define layout of the lines
• Create and update specification for the tools and equipment
• Evaluation of R@R, definition of action plans
Your profile:
• Technical education
• Experience in automotive would be a strong benefit, but in other industries as well
• Fluent in Slovak / Czech language, English is a strong benefit
