Helping with agenda - recruitment and termination, administrative work with new employees, medical check-ups, training, related documentation
Attendance evidence
GA/General Affairs

OHS, fire protection
Car pool management
Travel agenda
Purchasing, dealing with suppliers – electricity, telecommunication, stationery etc.
Facility – cleaning, security, helping to start new company site
Helping organizing company events
Assist in creating and updating internal rules according to current legislation
Other related administration
Cooperation with other team members

Requirements
Secondary education with school-leaving exam is a minimum (in economics or related discipline is preferable)
English (spoken and written, B2)
Czech fluent (spoken and written, native speaker level of Czech)
Ability to work as part of a team, ability to work independently
Proactive attitude
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
