Overall job objective:
Performs verification and trains suppliers at FAI / DFAI before the validation series according to the technical documentation, if possible directly at the supplier. It solves with the supplier the analyzed root causes of the generated problem within the complaint procedure and the effectiveness of corrective measures. It sets up the production process with the supplier so that there is no delay in the design phases when the production starts. Validates supplier process readiness in the form of a process audit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participates in the pre-selection of new suppliers through the implementation of Commodity
• Commodity-oriented audits
• Validates a vendor - created Feasibility Study feasibility)
• Validates process PFMEA
• Validates the Control Plan (CP-frequency of controls according to the statistical calculation based on the Risk Priority Index generated in PFMEA)
• Validates Cpk / Ppk study (statistical study of process capability and machines)
• Sets and validates R&R studies for statistical suitability gauges and measurement methods
• Coordinates change management
• Validates the first pieces of production and thus the implementation of the project
We require:
• Technical High/ Higher School
• Good technical understanding of one or more commodity, part, or process (including Special Processes), aligned to the Supply Chain Commodity teams.
• English B2 or above
• Application of quality management systems in a highly regulated environment
• Effective oral/written presentation skills
• Ability to prioritise task execution in the context of tight programme constraints
• Confidence in operating with delegated authority and with autonomy
